The Woodruff P.E. Center offers membership to all eligible faculty and staff employed by Emory University, Emory Healthcare (Emory Hospital, Emory Clinic, Crawford Long Hospital), Oxford College of Emory University, Wesley Woods, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Current fees are listed below.

Refunds for facility membership will be given up to two weeks after purchase. There is a $15 processing fee. No refunds will be granted if employment is terminated.

Spouses, Same Sex Domestic Partners, and Dependents
Spouses of students, faculty, and staff are eligible for membership. Each must present photo identification with the same last name as the employee. If last names are different, other verification must be presented such as a marriage certificate, tax forms, etc. Domestic partners registered with the University are eligible.

Dependents under 21 years of age living in the same household and financially dependent on employee are eligible for membership. Dependents must be accompanied by the parent or guardian. All dependents over the age of 5 must have a valid Emory card for admittance. Children under 14 are not allowed in the weight area under any circumstances and must be accompanied by an adult at all times in other parts of the Center. Please note that although children over 14 may use the Center unaccompanied, they should depart upon completing their workout. The Center is not designed as, and must not be used as, a daycare provider.

Alumni
Graduates of Emory University and Oxford College are eligible for membership. Alumni spouses and dependent children are eligible at the same rate as the affiliated alumni. Each member is required to sign a waiver.  Alumni may join online with a credit card.

Affiliates
Administrators/managers of Sodexho, Follet Bookstore, and Pitney Bowes are eligible for membership. Each member must provide this documentation. Affiliate spouses and dependents are not eligible.  Affiliates may join in the Membership Office.

Locker Rentals
Rental lockers may be purchased by faculty, staff and alumni. Renters are responsible for cleaning out locker contents by the end of their rental agreement period. If renters fail to empty their lockers after receiving notice to do so by the appointed date, their items will be removed and donated to charity. A limited number of daily use lockers are available at no charge. You must furnish your own lock and contents must be removed daily. Emory University is not responsible for personal items, including items stored in lockers. Free use of lock boxes and/or short term daily lockers are available in the arena, racquetball and level 1 atrium areas. Keys for check-out are available in the Equipment Room.

Towels
Clean towels may be obtained from the Equipment Room in exchange for an EmoryCard. A late fee of $1.00 per day will be charged for a towel not returned by facility closing.
