At your first session, your trainer will discuss your specific fitness goals with you, such as:
- Cardiovascular conditioning
- Weight reduction
- Muscle building
- Sport-specific training
- General muscle tone and fitness
- Body sculpting and toning
- Rehabilitation from injury
Based upon your goals, the trainer will design a training program specifically directed toward your desired results. It takes more than state-of-the-art equipment and a workout program to achieve ambitious outcomes.
Your Certified Personal Trainer will:
- Motivate you to go beyond just going through the motions
- Help you develop the motivation to exercise regularly
- Work with you on every exercise for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
You will get the individual attention you need!
Getting Started
To begin training with a Personal Trainer:
- Complete a Personal Training Interest Form
- Complete a Personal Training Health Evaluation
- Complete a
Personal Training Waiver
- Return to all three forms to Recreational Services
- Choose the number of sessions you want
- Submit your payment by check or money order (we cannot accept cash or credit cards)
- Choose a Personal Trainer
