Overview

What You Can Expect
At your first session, your trainer will discuss your specific fitness goals with you, such as:

  • Cardiovascular conditioning
  • Weight reduction
  • Muscle building
  • Sport-specific training
  • General muscle tone and fitness
  • Body sculpting and toning
  • Rehabilitation from injury

Based upon your goals, the trainer will design a training program specifically directed toward your desired results. It takes more than state-of-the-art equipment and a workout program to achieve ambitious outcomes.

Your Certified Personal Trainer will:

  • Motivate you to go beyond just going through the motions
  • Help you develop the motivation to exercise regularly
  • Work with you on every exercise for maximum efficiency and effectiveness

You will get the individual attention you need!

Getting Started
To begin training with a Personal Trainer:

  1. Complete a Personal Training Interest Form
  2. Complete a Personal Training Health Evaluation
  3. Complete a Personal Training Waiver
  4. Return to all three forms to Recreational Services
  5. Choose the number of sessions you want
  6. Submit your payment by check or money order (we cannot accept cash or credit cards)
  7. Choose a Personal Trainer
